The Hammond North's Vision Statement


Keep the Hammond North as a first-class, energy-efficient, financially sustainable condominium,

surrounded by woods, offering many amenities, and where owners work together to increase property values.






Unlike many condos that use property management companies, the Hammond has a staff of 10 people who manage and maintain our property.

The staff includes a full-time manager and secretary, a maintenance crew of five -- two of whom live in the building to deal with any emergencies -- and two housekeepers.

The Condominium Association is operated under state law including a legal Declaration and By-laws.

A Board of Directors of seven resident owners is elected for two-year terms by the owners. There are scheduled meetings of the board with owners annually. Theboard also holds monthly management meetings to which owners are welcome.
